Website Service Agreement

LocalWebDesk will provide the website design, build, hosting setup, support preparation, and launch assistance described in the accepted quote. Any work outside the accepted quote may require a revised quote or separate approval.

The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, content, images, access details, approvals, and any third-party account information reasonably required to complete the project.

The accepted quote is paid in two stages. A 50% deposit is due before design or development begins. The remaining 50% balance is due after the website preview is approved and before launch or production domain connection.

Stripe processes payment details. LocalWebDesk does not store full payment-card information.

LocalWebDesk will provide a preview for client review. The client may request reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope before final approval.

Major changes to the original brief, extra pages, new features, rebranding, or custom software may require a revised quote.

The website will not be launched, connected to a production domain, or marked live until the final balance has been received.

Domain registration, DNS propagation, third-party integrations, email services, maps, payment providers, and review platforms may be controlled by external providers and may be subject to separate terms or delays outside LocalWebDesk's control.

By checking the agreement checkbox before Stripe Checkout, the client confirms they have read and agree to this Website Service Agreement, the accepted quote, and the two-stage payment workflow.

The system records the agreement version, acceptance timestamp, accepting user, business, quote number, total price, deposit amount, and remaining balance for the accepted quote.
