LocalWebDesk uses essential cookies supplied through Supabase Auth to establish and refresh secure sessions. These cookies allow registered users to sign in, remain signed in across page loads, access the correct business account, and sign out safely.

Essential cookies cannot be disabled through a LocalWebDesk preference control because the authenticated platform would not work without them. You can block them in your browser, but account and dashboard features may stop working.

Cookies or short-lived browser data may be used to protect authentication redirects, recover a session, prevent misuse, and maintain the state required for a requested action. Server logs may also record technical request information; server logs are not cookies.

LocalWebDesk may use limited browser storage to remember interface preferences or unfinished non-sensitive inputs. Preference storage is not used as a substitute for secure authentication and must not be relied on as the authoritative source of account access.

When you open Stripe Checkout or another connected third-party feature, that provider may set its own cookies for fraud prevention, security, payment completion, or service operation. Those cookies are controlled by the provider and are covered by its own policy.

Customer websites may embed maps, reviews, videos, or other third-party content. Loading an embed may allow that third party to place cookies or receive technical information. The relevant business should disclose optional embeds and obtain consent where required.

LocalWebDesk does not currently describe optional analytics or advertising cookies as active unless those tools are actually enabled. If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking, we will update this policy and provide consent controls where required.

Session cookies generally expire when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies remain until their configured expiry or until you remove them. Authentication cookie duration may change when a session is refreshed, you reset your password, or you sign out.

Most browsers let you view, delete, or block cookies for a specific website. You can also use private browsing or configure the browser to remove data when it closes. Browser controls vary, so consult your browser settings for exact instructions.

Deleting authentication cookies will usually sign you out. Blocking all cookies may prevent registration, login, password recovery, checkout continuity, and dashboard access from working correctly.

Essential cookies are used because they are necessary to provide the service you request. Optional cookies, if introduced, will be handled according to applicable consent requirements. Withdrawing optional consent will not make previously lawful processing unlawful.
